Raspberry Acai Bowl

Serves: 1


  • 6 oz Greek Yogurt
  • 1/4 Cup Milk/Ripple Milk
  • 1/2 Cup Spinach
  • 1 Packet Acai
  • 1/2 Frozen Banana
  • 1/4 Cup Frozen Blueberries
  • 1/2 Cup Frozen Raspberries
  • Toppings: 1/2 Sliced Banana, 1/4 cup Raspberries, 1/2 cup Granola, 1 Tbsp Chia Seeds, 1 Tbsp Hemp Seeds


Putting liquids first in a Vitamin Blender add all the ingredients and blend on low, slowly increasing to high and mixing with the plunger to combine.

Once Blended scoop everything into a bowl and top with favorite toppings.
