- 6 oz Greek Yogurt
- 1/4 Cup Milk/Ripple Milk
- 1/2 Cup Spinach
- 1 Packet Acai
- 1/2 Frozen Banana
- 1/4 Cup Frozen Blueberries
- 1/2 Cup Frozen Raspberries
- Toppings: 1/2 Sliced Banana, 1/4 cup Raspberries, 1/2 cup Granola, 1 Tbsp Chia Seeds, 1 Tbsp Hemp Seeds
Putting liquids first in a Vitamin Blender add all the ingredients and blend on low, slowly increasing to high and mixing with the plunger to combine.
Once Blended scoop everything into a bowl and top with favorite toppings.
