Hi, I am Andrea.

Registered Dietitian, board certified in sports nutrition. I am here to provide science based research in a growing world of misinformation around nutrition as well as practical recipes and meal planning for everyone from peak athletes to the weekend warriors.

I have been in the industry for 5 years now employed by collegiate and NFL teams, fueling athletes for high performance. In my limited free time I love to experiment on myself through my endurance running!
