- 1 Ezekiel Sprouted English Muffin
- 2 Tbsp JEM cinnamon maca almond butter (I also used the coffee cashew butter)
- 1/2 ripe banana
- Dash of Cinnamon
Directions:
Toast English muffin. Spread your favorite JEM butter and top with sliced banana and a dash of cinnamon. Great high-carb pre-workout snack.
