I am not a chef, I am not a ‘fitness enthusiast’ or a ‘health coach’, I am a Registered Sports Dietitian who loves to cook, bake, and share research based nutrition information with friends, family, and clients and hopefully inspire more balance with food and exercise in people’s lives through intuitive eating and body love.
